Hues and forms of the local landscape, rust and found objects combine to inspire my artwork providing an intriguing art form to encapsulate memories from bygone days. Bog cotton, heathers and even decaying antiquities become entwined within the layers of paint, melted wax and vibrant pigment to enthral and captivate the viewer with an air of mystique.

“In the moment” describes the approach to my oeuvre forming a unique and individual piece at any one time. With excitement and a sense of anticipation the mediums combine to capture and enfold an everlasting, timeless and emotional response to my heritage.
